Rental Agreement for Vitoraki’s Apartments

This is the rental agreement for the property named as Vitoraki’s Apartments in Agios Dimitrios Ammoudara Heraklion. You must agree to the terms and conditions specified below. Vitoraki’s Apartments are six (6) apartments each one having the following characteristics:

Land site: 820m
Sleeps: 2 plus 1 additional person. Total 3
Sleeping arrangements:
• 1 double bedroom with one double bed
• 1 single bed
Other facilities:
• One bathroom with shower
• A fully equipped Kitchenette
• Terrace-BBQ
• Wi-Fi –Satellite tv
• Living room connecting with the kitchen
• Child bed and / or Baby cot / rib (optional upon request)
• Laundry (optional paid as extra)
• Pick and Drop-off from the airport and/or port of Heraklion
Auxiliary spaces:
• Verandas, porches
• Storage room
• Parking space

Important Notice: Due to very high demand for bookings from April until October, all dates are usually booked as early as the end of March and there is no space between reservations. Every single day is sold out. For this reason, the dates that you reserve are final. We cannot change these dates, or move the booking to other dates once it is confirmed. We cannot transfer your booking to another property once the booking is confirmed and final.
100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.

 In case the tenant wishes to depart earlier than the checkout date agreed, refunds cannot be made

The rental agreement will be considered as ‘finalized’ and ‘completed’ by both the tenant and the owner of Vitoraki’s Apartments, when any outstanding payments are paid before delivery of the door key by the villa manager, a representative, or the owner himself

You must specify the time of arrival as early as this is possible (usually very near the time of booking) so that the house will be ready for habitation and the villa manager can be present to deliver the keys and show you the property

The property will be cleaned once a week and change of sheets and towels happen once a week; this is included in the rate.

Ιn case where a damage occurs, compensation will be requested by the owners to cover the damage. In this case the final compensation fee will be negotiated between the owner and the tenant

You, the tenant will be solely responsible for children actions at the apartment. We will not be responsible for accidents during your stay for both adults and children

The tenant and other guests are requested to respect the facilities and use the property as if they were owners, particularly limitations on noise (2-5pm and after 10pm), the restriction on hanging laundry and linens in public, the general appearance and cleanliness of the area, the removal of garbage, and the use of the car parking area

The owner and the property manager reserve the right to access the property during occupation following a previous communication with the tenant or other guests who represent the tenant

The tenant or any of the guests do not have the right to sub-lease the property

Vitoraki’s Apartments generally accept pets for accommodation

As the owner has no control over the persons accessing the property for the duration of your stay, insurance against theft of personal belongings cannot be provided

The earliest Check-in Time is at 12.00pm, and the latest Check-out Time is by 11Noon.
